Front Door Installation, St Leonards

Firstly, we evaluated how to take out our clients old UPV Frame, making sure the wall is kept sturdy and the electric intercom system was safely disconnected.

Now we have the new softwood frame with intumescent strips fitted. Using rawl plugs into the blocks, we get a solid fixing and wedge it where needed to strengthen. 

Next, we swung the door and it was in on the first go. It was now time to add on the flat number from the previous door, fit the Yale night latch and the door viewer.

With some finishing touches such as the Fire Door sign and handle, this door was nearly done. Ready for final steps.

To finish this door, we decorated it in a Brilliant white from Dulux. The intercom system was rewired by our electricians and this top floor flat was given a brighter entrance, with a satisfied client.
